These terms apply to purchases made through the official DripTock Store.
Store purchases
By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing error occurs.
Payments and taxes
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax may be calculated from the shipping address and displayed before payment is completed.
Shipping and returns
The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Review both before ordering.
Product appearance
We work to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary by screen, lighting, and manufacturing batch.
Intellectual property
DripTock names, logos, product images, designs, and site content are protected and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, DripTock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
