Processing time
Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order leaves us.
U.S. delivery
DripTock offers free U.S. shipping. Delivery time begins after processing and depends on the carrier and destination. A tracking link will be emailed when available.
Address issues and delays
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. Carrier delays and packages marked delivered are handled with the carrier, but we will help where possible.
