14-day return window
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to request a return
Email Info@driptock.com with your order reference, item name, and reason. Do not send an item back until you receive return instructions. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary. Worn, used, washed, altered, damaged-after-delivery, or final-sale items are not eligible.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly and include clear photos. If we confirm an error or defect, we will provide the appropriate replacement, return label, or refund solution.
